Which payment methods does rysell.com accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.

When will my Rysell order ship?

Orders usually take 2-3 business days to process (Monday-Friday, not including holidays). After that, your package may arrive in 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship orders inside the U.S.

What is your exchange policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For items damaged during transit, return shipping is free of charge and on us. For a free shipping label email us at info@rysell.com with the reason for your return.

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders if the request is made before the order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns from items within 30 days of the purchase date. Your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. 

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Florida.
