Q. Can I get samples of Rysell products?
A. Samples are not available for all products, and there may be shipping costs for some. Some samples may be obtained at local Salons that use Rysell Products or at local beauty expos, demonstrations, shows, and at special store introductory sales. Look for news of these events on the Calendar.
Q. Can I purchase Rysell Products through the Internet or by phone?
A. Yes! Rysell Products may be purchased via Rysell Direct or phone using our order hotline (585) 300-6400. Please be prepared with your name, phone number, email, and detailed order by product type and size, have this information ready for our customer service department. You may leave a message 24 hours a day, with best times to call back if needed, if no one is available to answer at the time you call.
NOTE:
While Some Products are meant for Professional Use for best results, we do not restrict purchases, as the products are not dangerous to use, when used as directed by you or professionals at your local hair salon.
Q. Who do I contact to suggest locations that do not carry Rysell that should have them?

Q. Are Rysell Products safe?
A. Yes! All Rysell products are hypoallergenic and clinically proven to be safe when used as directed. That is why there are no “warning” labels required on the products. They still should be kept out of the reach of children, who may accidentally ingest or otherwise abuse them.
Q. Are there times when I should not use Rysell products?
A. do not recommend using most intense hair treatments or shampoo if the scalp and skin area around it has been irritated, inflamed or has open cuts or other previously unhealed skin problems, unless allowed or suggested by your medical professional.
Q. Does Rysell or Rysell Direct do product testing on Animals?
A. Rysell and Rysell Direct do not conduct or endorse Animal Testing.
Q. Can a fragranced product be hypoallergenic?
A. Yes. Hypoallergenic is a term used to describe a product that has a decreased tendency to provoke an allergic response. Please read the ingredients list to prevent allergic reactions to known problems you may have with the natural ingredients in botanical products.
Q. What is the shelf life of Rysell Products?
A. Most Rysell hair-care products last 3 to 5 years if kept sealed, excluding colors. Colors may weaken after only 2 to 3 years depending on storage conditions. Older products are not dangerous, just not as strong as when fresh. If a product shows sign of discoloration, contamination, or mold, do not use
Q. What if a rash or irritation develops after using Rysell products?
A. You may be a person who is sensitive to certain skin products or is allergic to certain substances. If a rash or irritation develops while using our products, you should discontinue the product, keeping in mind that the irritation could be a sign of another condition that might require a medical evaluation. With all products used on the skin, you may be sensitive to this product if you have broken, irritated or itchy skin.

Q. I have a product I am unhappy with, how do I exchange or ask for a refund?
A. Rysell Direct guarantees all Rysell Products to be satisfactory to the consumer. You may return your product to the place of purchase, or ask for a Return Material Authorization Number at our Support Page. Please follow the directions on the page for product returns.
